Ride-hailing platform Rapido is facing a service outage, with users across multiple cities reporting log in failures and ride disruptions.
Several users flagged the issues on social media, saying they were unable to log in to the app or complete ongoing rides. The app showed an error message stating, “Oops! Something went wrong at our end. Please try again later.”
Rapido services were facing disruptions across Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, and Kolkata, indicating that the outage was not limited to a single region.
Inc42 has reached out to Rapido for details on the cause of the outage and the timeline for service restoration. The company is yet to respond.
